Alec Bradley has named its latest cigar after the unique farm that brand owner Alan Rubin stumbled upon in the Trojes region of Honduran. The AB team was so smitten with the unique taste and arome of tobaccos grown on this farm they decided to include Coyol tobacco in all components of this unique product (Filler, Binder, and Wrapper).
The Alec bradley team started with Fillers from Esteli and Condega Nicaragua along with Trojes Honduran tobaccos. To add complexity, they utilized a double binder with tobaccos from Jalapa Nicaragua and Trojes Honduras. Topping the blend off is a tasty looking, medium-to-dark brown wrapper grown on the Coyol farm in Trojes Honduras. Add it all up and the Alec Bradley Coyol is a medium-to-full bodied cigar with a delightful flavor of earth, leather and pepper.
While the looks of the Alec Bradley Coyol may be old school, the flavor profile is one that many modern cigar smokers will love. Additionally, the Alec Bradley Coyol cigars have earned high praise in the market place and scored as high as 90 points in Cigar Aficionado magazine!
