Montecristo White Vintage Connecticut Double Corona is one of the most popular cigars from Montecristo, with some subtle changes from the original (and beloved) Montecristo White Label line.

Altadis, creator of Montecristo, is the only cigar manufacturer to own its own farm in Connecticut for its wrapper leaf, Gershel Farms. This new Montecristo uses the beautifully creamy and blonde Connecticut Shade wrapper from this exclusive barn to give this 6 1/4” x 48 vitola a wonderfully mild-to-medium taste.

The subtle change from the normal Ecuador Connecticut wrapper of the regular White Series to the Shade used here is small but noticeable. The filler has a slightly different blend as well, utilizing Peruvian tobacco for the first time in this mild cigar line. This added leaf adds a bit of body and a bit spiciness found mostly on the retrohale.
