Perdomo is one of the few vertically integrated cigar makers in the industry. That sounds fancy and all but it is something quite unique in this business. Most of the tobacco used in Perdomo cigars are grown, cured, and aged in their own facilities, but it goes far beyond that. Perdomo’s manufacturing facilities consist of farms, greenhouses, curing barns, fermentation warehouses, selection and sorting departments, production facilities, a state of the art box factory, and a first class packaging operation. Each and every department is fully committed to making sure quality is our top priority. To that end, Tabacalera Perdomo produces some of the most sought after handmade cigars in the world. They have set a high bar for quality and flavor which offer cigar enthusiasts a rich and satisfying smoking experience.
The Perdomo Lot 23 is a unique cigar in the Perdomo Portfolio. Nick is a huge wine connoisseur and was fascinated by single vineyard wines where all the grapes for a particular wine are grown on a single plot of land. He decided to take a swing at making a cigar in a similar fashion using tobaccos grown on a single parcel of extremely fertile farmland for the filler and binder. He worked together with his son to craft this new cigar and they came up with a tremendously satisfying blend. The filler and binder leaves are comprised of 5 year aged Cuban-Seed Nicaraguan tobaccos grown on a single farm. The wrapper is an Ecuadorian Connecticut leaf. Tasting notes include flavors of earth and coffee with hints of cedar, honey, and cream. Lot 23 by Perdomo is an extremely satisfying cigar!
